How it works

  1. Pick a clip from your camera roll.
  2. Say what to keep — “dog”, “her”, “the red car” — or tap the subject yourself.
  3. It is cut from the background and saved to your Messages stickers.
Why not just use your iPhone? iPhone only animates Live Photos — the few seconds around a shot you happened to take, with no say over the subject or the moment. This works from any video in your library, and both of those are yours.
